Terms of Use

Applies to the ParkOne mobile app. Last updated: 29 July 2026

By using the app you accept these terms. If you disagree with anything, please do not use the app — you can also pay for parking through the other methods the city offers.

1. What ParkOne is, and what it is not

ParkOne is an app through which you buy a city parking ticket. We are not the provider of the parking service: we are an intermediary that lets you buy the ticket from your phone instead of at a parking meter or by SMS.

Zones, prices, working hours and charging rules are set by the city, not by us. We only display them the way the city has set them up.

2. Account

  • Buying a ticket requires an account with a valid email address.
  • One account works in all cities the app covers.
  • You are responsible for your password and account access. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, change your password and let us know.
  • You can delete your account at any time: Account → Delete account.
  • We may close an account used for fraud or abuse.

3. The ticket is issued for a licence plate

A ticket is valid for the licence plate you entered, in the zone and for the period you selected. It is not valid for a vehicle, a person or an account — but for that plate.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the plate. We deliberately do not restrict the input format, so that foreign plates and all domestic formats go through. So check what you typed before paying: a ticket bought for the wrong plate does not protect your vehicle from a fine, and we cannot move it afterwards.

Also make sure you selected the correct zone. A ticket for one zone is not valid in another.

4. Payment

  • The ticket is paid by card, through the processor that city uses. You see the amount before confirming and it is charged only once you confirm.
  • The price comes from the city's price list. The city may change it — the price shown at the moment of purchase applies.
  • We do not see or store your card details; they go directly to the processor (see the privacy policy).
  • A ticket becomes valid once the charge is confirmed. Until the confirmation arrives the ticket is not valid — so wait for the confirmation before leaving your vehicle.

5. Refunds and complaints

A purchased ticket cannot be cancelled, and its time cannot be transferred to another day or another zone, because the service is performed at the moment of purchase.

If a charge is wrong (charged twice, charged but no ticket issued, and similar), contact us at support@park-one.app — we will forward it to the city and the processor and follow up until it is resolved. The refund decision is made by the city, because the money was charged for its service.

6. Enforcement and fines

Parking enforcement and the issuing of penalty notices are carried out by the city, that is, the company the city has authorised. We do not issue, collect or cancel fines.

If you believe a fine was issued even though you had a valid ticket, the appeal goes to the city. We can confirm the details of a purchased ticket on request — the ticket stays recorded in the app and serves as proof.

7. Notifications

The app may notify you before a ticket expires. This is help, not a guarantee: the notification depends on the internet, your phone's settings and the message delivery service. The responsibility for a ticket not expiring remains with you.

8. Service availability

We do our best to keep the app running without interruption, but we cannot guarantee it — outages, maintenance and interruptions at the network, the bank or the city do happen. When the app is not working, pay for parking another way the city offers.

We are not liable for damage caused because a ticket was not bought due to the app being unavailable, an empty battery, a lost connection or incorrectly entered data.

9. Changes to the terms

We may change these terms. A new version is published here with a new date, and when a change is important we announce it through the app. If you disagree with the new terms, you can delete your account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We try to resolve disputes by agreement; if that fails, the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction in Bosnia and Herzegovina is competent.

11. Contact
